Our phenomenal staffing gives us the ability to offer personalized care. Unlike the larger facilities, we staff two CNAs to 6 residents during the busy hours. Our staff is comprised of highly trained compassionate and loving Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aids. All staff team members are Level 2 fingerprinted and have passed all the rigorous training mandated by the state of Florida. We conduct monthly meetings with staff to address any concerns and welcome suggestions to continuously exceed the expectations of our residents and their families.
